These terms cover your use of the bHive app and the bhive.software website, both provided by bHive Software. By using them, you agree to what follows.

License to use

bHive is free to download and use, for personal and commercial purposes. You may install it on the Macs you use.

Please don't

• Resell, repackage, or redistribute bHive as if it were your own product.
• Remove or alter their branding and pass them off as something else.
• Use them to do anything unlawful.

Your content is your responsibility

bHive bHive works with the files already on your Mac. Keeping good backups of anything important is on you, as with any software that touches your files.

No warranty

bHive is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or suited to a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, bHive Software is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, bHive, including any loss of data.

Updates and changes

We may improve bHive over time and may update these terms. If you keep using it after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
